Spindle Shroud
For the spindle shroud project the customer was looking to have a set of guards modified for safety and better dust collection. We can help with the design and modification bringing ample amount of years in the automation and machining industry. Even if no print is involved we can interpret the idea.
Ground Thawing trailer
This was a extensive project for a customer building a custom prototype trailer. After the prototype was complete there was also extensive modifications and additions added on to the project over the coming years. This project displayed GCMFABs great turn around times and working with a part that needs modification and fitting it into a crunched time schedule. All tanks and manifold are pressure tested individually and checked for leaks one by one.
Mustang radiator mount
Our shop is not to big to leave the small projects hanging. This mustang was in need of a lower radiator mount that was beat up pretty bad. A simple idea and a little metal later the bottom bracket was reinforced, and we made custom top mounts to hold the oversized radiator in place.
1908 gumball machine
Restorations can be a daunting task. If you can bring the idea forth with no print we can prevail. This was a early 1900s gumball base that the sheet metal was to rotted to be saved. with OE and re-manufactured parts out of the question. We created a exact replica of the base in a thicker guage to assure the customer this machine would be around for the next 200 years.without any pitting
Mobility
Moving something into place is hard enough. The next time that heavy item may need to be moved again is going to grind productivity to a hault. Here at GCM-FAB we believe that making that item mobile creates less challenges and makes moving even something pushing 2000 pounds a breeze.
Cool blue shop truck
A 1972 C10 fleetside that has been kept in the family for for two generations. Custom trusses to custom bumpers where built for this truck. Even the custom engine cradle to hold the 454ci big block in place. we can help give a vehicle a custom appearance.
